How Would You Like To Buy A House And You Keep Most Of The Real Estate Commission Paid By The Seller.

Here's how it works with DIY Real Estate.

We give you the tools to find your own house on your own terms. In othr words, you Do It Yourself and You Are In Control.

To begin the process, DIY provides you with direct access to the Multiple Listing Service which shows all homes on the market. You make the appointments to view the homes and find the house you want.

Once you have chosen your new home, DIY provides you with updated comparable information so that your offering price is realistic and in your best interest. Then,

  • DIY Prepares and presents the offer
  • DIY Negotiates on your behalf and prepares counter offers if any

Upon acceptance of your offer by the seller:

  • DIY Opens escrow and guides you through the buying process
  • DIY Arranges for home inspections and provides all required state disclosures
  • DIY Prepares the estimated costs for closing and reviews your financing charges provided by the lender.

When your new home closes escrow and commissions are paid, DIY Real Estate receives a flat fee of $ 6,000.00 from the commissions paid by the seller. The remainder is remitted back to you, the buyer. This can be direct cash to you or applied toward your closing cost or both. Typical commissions are 2.5% - 3% of the purchase price. YOU DO THE MATH.
