For a management fee of $100.00 per month we will:

Screen prospective tenants – Interview prospects, check references, and administer credit checks.

Execute Lease - Prepare and execute CAR lease agreeent and prepare all California required consumer disclosures.

Act as a liaison between you and the tenant – Manage day-to-day responsibilities and communications with the tenant.

Manage all maintenance issues – Using a network of maintenance professionals developed over the last decade. We work with only the most reliable, expert and cost effective vendors.

Collect all deposits & rents – Provide monthly and yearly income statements.
We have a working knowledge of California laws pertaining to rental property and have worked within that framework while representing owners. The people we represent have been with us for years.
